Permission is granted to anyone to use this software for any purpose, including commercial applications, and redistribute it freely, subject to the following restrictions:

Magic Do LICENSE AGREEMENT

BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR INSTALLING OR USING THE Magic Do SOFTWARE, THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE") IS CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE BUTTON INDICATING BACK MUST BE SELECTED, AND LICENSEE MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

1. RESTRICTIONS.

a) The origin of this software must not be misrepresented; you must not claim that you wrote the original software.

b) You may not modify or create any derivative works of the Product or documentation, including translation or localization

c) You man not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Product, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Product, remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product.

d) This notice may not be removed or altered from any distribution.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Product shall remain in electronicdesignworks. The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AND ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING.
